The Fees collection system is as follows:-

1. At the time of paying fees for the first quarter, the parents need to submit three Post Dated Cheques for the remaining three quarters. The quarters are 1^st quarter April to June, 2^nd quarter – July to September, 3^rd quarter – October to December, and 4^th quarter – January to March.
2. The duration for collection of fees for each quarter is as follows-

a) 1^st quarter  – from 1^st April to 10^th April

b) 2^nd quarter – from 1^st June to 10^th June

c) 3^rd quarter – from 1^st September to 10^th September

d) 4^th quarter – from 1^st December to 10^th December

• The parents can pay the fees through the School Mobile App from the Fee Module.
• All the parents need to see that there is enough balance in their account so that the cheque does not bounce.
• A Fine of Rs. 250/- will be charged after the last date of the duration of payment.
• In case of the cheque bounces, the parents have to submit the cheque with the fee amount along with the fine of Rs. 250 and the bank charges.
• If fees are not paid by the end of the term parents will be issued a notice for 15 days. The child’s name will be stuck off the roll after the notice period is over.
