At the time of paying fees for the first quarter, the parents need to submit three Post Dated Cheques for the remaining three quarters. The quarters are 1st quarter- April to June, 2nd quarter – July to September, 3rd quarter – October to December and 4th quarter – January to March.
The duration for collection of fees for each quarter is as follows-
a) 1st quarter – from 1st April to 10th April
b) 2nd quarter – from 1st June to 10th June
c) 3rd quarter – from 1st September to 10th September
d) 4th quarter – from 1st December to 10th December
The parents can pay the fees through the School Mobile App from the Fee Module.
All the parents need to see that there is enough balance in their account so that the cheque does not bounce.
Fine of Rs. 250/- will be charged after the last date of the duration of payment.
In case cheque bounces, the parents have to submit the cheque of the fee amount along with the fine of Rs. 250 and the bank charges.
If fees are not paid by the end of the term parents will be issued a notice for 15 days. The child’s name will be stuck off the roll after the notice period is over.
